Service and personnel
Proposed services comprise in-person protective accompaniment, discreet entourage, authorized advance reconnaissance and scheduled observation within an agreed lawful scope. The proposed team consists of two foreign nationals based in Da Nang, not Vietnamese nationals. Legal eligibility, licensing, insurance and authorized roles remain unresolved launch conditions.
Rates and packages
The planning rate is $1,500 per operator-hour. Two operators cost $3,000 per hour. Daily packages reserve eight scheduled hours per operator; weekly packages reserve 56 scheduled hours, subject to lawful working and rest arrangements. There are no discounts. Final quotation currency and tax treatment require legal approval.
Booking and payment
Acceptance, a signed assignment schedule and a settled 75% labor advance must be completed at least 168 hours before first deployment, including required travel or advance work. The proposed remaining 25% deadline is 72 hours before deployment. Crypto-only is the requested payment model but remains inactive pending a lawful basis. A transfer or screenshot alone does not establish a confirmed booking.
Expenses and time
The client funds all agreed additional travel, accommodation, transportation, food and assignment costs for each operator. Necessary travel labor, preparation, standby and service hours are separately identified and cannot be double-counted. No continuous coverage is implied by accommodation or a weekly package.
Changes and cancellations
Additional operator-hours require a written change order at the same rate, subject to capacity and safety. The signed agreement must define cancellation windows, reserved-time treatment, documented nonrecoverable costs, provider cancellation, force majeure, unused expense funds and the refund method. The 75% advance is not automatically described as nonrefundable.
Boundaries
No cybersecurity, sexual services, unlawful enforcement, private-life investigations, covert tracking, 24/7 static surveillance, police authority, armed capability or guaranteed safety is offered. Publicly concealed faces do not override lawful identification.
Final contract
The contracting entity, authorized personnel, governing law, dispute process, insurance scope, liability terms, tax rules, cancellation remedies and privacy schedules must be completed by qualified counsel before commercial use.
